The ideal candidate will be someone who can work across the administration and warehouse duties where required.

  • Accurately input Data and inventory of all stock in various systems
  • Receiving and making outbound calls to customers and all stakeholders
  • Daily Customer Order Processing
  • Booking Deliveries - Customer Orders
  • Assist in organising and maintaining files and records
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
  • Adhoc duties as Required i.e. stock count..

Skills and Experience

  • Proven Experience in data entry and administration
  • Proficient in Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Display a willingness to learn and show Initiative
  • Be able to multi task with high attention to detail
  • Warehousing Administration (desirable) 
  • (Desirable) worked in the plumbing industry
