Labourforce is currently seeking x2 Customer Service Officers for our clients based in Darra AND Archerfield
Client 1 is a 3PL business that delivers leading edge supply chain management systems and cost-effective cold chain/logistics solutions to their customers
Client 2 is a manufacturer and installer of aftermarket safety products for truck and mobile/stationary plant equipment
Your day to day:
- Answering inbound call, and making outbound calls to customers for delivery updates
- Data/order entry
- Following up on customer queries through email and calls
To be successful:
- Strong computer skills; ability to work between a variety of systems
- Able to work within a warehouse/factory environment
- Ability to work in a high volume/fast paced environment

- Client 2 is offering a 9 day fortnight where you will work 7am-4:30pm, or a normal 10day fortnight where you will either do 7am-3:30pm or 8am-3:30pm
