We are looking for an experienced Team Leader/Recruitment Consultant that takes pride in building relationships and providing a high serviceability to our prestige National Client.
Developing and maintaining relationships with client and candidates.
Managing rosters, performance and KPIs.
Emphasizing Work Health Safety (WHS).
Weekly toolbox talks with candidates.
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
Recruitment in targeting specific candidate selections.
General administrative duties.
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Strong understanding of warehousing experience.
Familiar within Logistics and supply chain sector.
Strong friendly, outgoing personality.
Ability to take initiative and think outside the box.
Experience in a similar role preferred.
Strong understanding of WHS policies.
Self-motivated, multitasking & customer management skills.
Flexibility in working hours.
