They are currently seeking an Operations Manager for their site based in Pakenham who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of Painting Projects from inception to completion.This role involves managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, while ensuring high-quality standards and client satisfaction.The Operations Manager will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to deliver successful painting projects on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and CoordinationTeam ManagementBudget and Resource ManagementQuality Control and SafetyClient and Stakeholder CommunicationProblem Solving and Issue ResolutionReporting and DocumentationQualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role overseeing painting or construction projects.Skills:Strong organisational and time management abilities.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and industry standards.Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control practices.This is a Full-time position with the potential for occasional overtime and weekend work depending on project requirements.We are seeking someone who will really own this role and who is available to start ASAP Australia - VIC Melbourne - All locations Eastern Suburbs
