Labourforce is seeking Machine Operators to join our clients in Toowoomba and Wellcamp on an on-going basis.

Client 1 will require you to be available Mon-Fri, and to work on a rotating roster of both Day Shift (7am-3pm) and Afternoon shift (3pm-11pm). 

Client 2 will require you to be available for 6am -3:30pm Mon-Thurs, with Friday being a 6am-12:30pm shift. In peak periods you will work extending hours of 6am-4pm Mon-Fri

Your day will include:

Client 1 ($30.13ph day shift, $34.66 afternoon shift)

• You will make Plastic PVC and PE piping; end to end process including packaging and coiling of pipe
• Operating an extrusion machine (no experience required, but previous experience operating any machinery will be an advantage)
• Inspecting the quality of the product based on client requirements
• Use of a forklift to put away finished product (Highly desirable, but we ask applicants without a forklift license to still apply)

Client 2 ($34ph)

• You will assist with the processing of seeds; end to end process
• Operating a variety of machines to assist with processing and ensuring the quality control of seeds (previous experience operating any machinery will be an advantage)
• Cleaning of machines using air pressure 
• Inspecting the quality of the product based on client requirements
• Use of a forklift to put away finished product

About you:

• Current Forklift license (Highly desirable)
• Willing to complete our Pre-employment medical process
• Experience operating extrusion machines, or machines related to a product manufacturing process including any fixed plant would be advantageous 
• Physically fit, as you may need to lift up to 20kgs
