Forklift Operators and Pickers

Our clients are based Brisbanes Northern Suburbs and provide storage and distribution services to a variety of industries. We are looking to add Forklift Operators/storepeople and pickers to their current teams About the role:Start times:4am - 12pm - Order Picker - EPJ - Cold storage (Freezer)10am - 6pm Forklift/Order picker - Chiller/Cool room2pm-10pm - High Reach/Order picker - WarehouseForklift duties:Loading and unloading trucks and vansRe-wrapping/stacking pallets where necessaryPutaways and stock rotation dutiesRF scanning Pickers:Order picking for customersStacking pallets, wrapping orders and staging pallets ready for deliveryRF scanning  About you:Current forklift license and at least 1 year experienceSound understanding of the CoR and load restraintExperience within a physical rolePhysically fit and able to pass a pre-employment medical including a Urine test Whats on offer:Role is long term and will lead to permanency for the right personOn-site parking$32ph starting rate, up to $40ph pending role and duties  Australia - QLD Brisbane Southern Suburbs & Logan

About the role:

Start times:

  • 4am - 12pm - Order Picker - EPJ - Cold storage (Freezer)
  • 10am - 6pm Forklift/Order picker - Chiller/Cool room
  • 2pm-10pm - High Reach/Order picker - Warehouse

Forklift duties:

  • Loading and unloading trucks and vans
  • Re-wrapping/stacking pallets where necessary
  • Putaways and stock rotation duties
  • RF scanning 

Pickers:

  • Order picking for customers
  • Stacking pallets, wrapping orders and staging pallets ready for delivery
  • RF scanning 

 

About you:

  • Current forklift license and at least 1 year experience
  • Sound understanding of the CoR and load restraint
  • Experience within a physical role
  • Physically fit and able to pass a pre-employment medical including a Urine test
