Labouforce is recruiting a Customer Service Officer. Our Client, located in Port of Brisbane, is an e-commerce freight specialist, and works in conjunction with companies to streamline their services and offer an improved customer experience
About the role:
- Manage customer communications via phone, email, and customer service platforms
- Triage and escalate issues to appropriate team members
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and provide timely updates
- Support logistics and office teams with administrative tasks and driver paperwork
- Assist in project support for senior managers
About you:
- Able to commit to a Mon-Fri role, starting at 8 or 9am each day
- 2-3 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; experience with platforms like Carton Cloud, FreshDesk, StarShipIT, or similar is a plus
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
